One of a series from M Abramov’s set of political cartoons No Cold War - Aggressive Madonna and Child from the Pentagon. The poster is a protest against a planned increase of US military budget in 1977 to 112 billion despite the need for disarmament. Artwork by Mark Aleksandrovich Abramov (1913-1994).
