Artwork by the British poster designer, Percy Padden (1886-1965). Royal Mail Lines (1932-1965) was a leading cruise ship operator created to take over The Royal Mail Steam Packet Company (founded 1839); in 1965 it was taken over by a British transport operator, Furness Withy & Company (1891-1980).
